    Great food, service, and prices.

    The food was typical IHOP. Very good but not amazing. Our waitress was amazing! She was very polite, personable, and attentive. My drink was never empty. Thank you!

    Went Friday evening. Plenty of tables. Food was good. Service was good. Was not rushed. Would go again.

    Service was fast, no wait, on a Sunday at noon. The one in Germantown always has a wait. So going to the Mount Airy one certainly is preferable in that regard. They also have Grinch themed meals currently, so that is certainly incentive if you can get past the green color and like breakfast foods.
