“Such a gem of a discovery!! We went there on Monday, President's Day and we were so delighted with this little special breakfast spot. Quaint place in a quaint town. They have a good breakfast menu with plenty of variety and the food didn't disappoint. We were all very happy with our selections. They were a little short staffed, but they were working hard and Probably didn't expect higher crowds on this holiday Monday. We will definitely return!”

“It was mid-afternoon on a Sunday when my husband and I were in the Mt. Airy area and decided to grab some lunch, so we used Google to direct us to "lunch places nearby" and ended up choosing your restaurant. We had never been here before and are always looking to try new places, so we thought we would give it a try. The bar area where we entered was somewhat busy, but we were able to seat ourselves and it didn't take long for our waitress to introduce herself and take our drink order. Our waitress was very pleasant and professional. The other staff in the restaurant smiled at us as they walked by and a few of them stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. We were going to order some sandwiches, but looking at the other items coming out of the kitchen, we decided to try of few of the appetizers. We chose the onion rings, the chili, and the egg rolls. Everything was very good and filling. We didn't get to try the sandwiches because the appetizers ended up being enough, but because we had such a great first time experience with the food, service, and staff, we know that we will make it a point to visit again so we can try the other items on the menu. This is why we prefer to shop local, we are so glad to find another really enjoyable local place where they take the time to make their guests feel at home. It seems like your place strives for that type of customer experience, so thank you for your hospitality! We'll be back!”

We told our waitress that we had time constraints and she helped us find selections from the menu that were suitable and came back to check on us. “I would say that this is a very run of the mill Tex-Mex restaurant. The service was the best part of the experience. The wait staff was attentive and polite but not overly helpful in any way. The food wasn't bad, but surely wasn't anything special. I think it's fair to say that everything comes from boxes or bags and then those contents are "cooked" into whatever meal configurations you desire. The chips and salsa weren't great and were only free for the first delivery. They cost after that. The prices were very reasonable. I didn't see anything over $20 on the menu, but wouldn't pay it even if there was. This would be a decent take out place in a pinch. I won't be returning.”

“My favorite local place in Mount airy to go for some sushi. They have friendly staff that stand right beside you and watch you eat. Sometimes if you're lucky enough, you will get seated in crowded areas! They also have a tuna squirrel roll special. The restaurant has a nice traditional atmosphere. The soda usually tastes old and flat but the food is great if you enjoy sushi.”

“This is a great place to go to get a quick meal. They offer chicken, steak, shrimp, or salmon hibachi plates. It is fairly inexpensive and they have a rewards program, which is always a win. “Some years ago, we tried Domino's as a change from our usual movie night pizza provider, but were VERY disappointed with the taste. When Domino's began the advertising campaign announcing to the world that they listened to the customer feedback they received, and were proud to announce a "new", tastier pizza, we gave them another try. We have been regular customers ever since. We consider Domino's pizza to be better, in terms of taste, than any of it's local and nationally-based competitors. Not everyone agrees, I'm sure, but, having tried pizza from most of the other pizza makers in town, Domino's has become our favorite pizza, anywhere!”
