We live in Taylorsville and we are so happy to have a Pho place that is within 15 minutes! We were previously driving to Frederick or Catonsville. I am giving 5 stars because the pho was delicious, the service was great, the food was very reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was nice!! The pho toppings plate was a little scarce but had the essentials.
Since they are new I am sure they are working some things out.
-if you order an appetizer, expect it to come out either with or after your Pho entrees. We ordered the summer rolls and expected them as a true appetizer but were told that is not how they do it there. All good, just good to know that it comes out after your meal. We have been to Pho many times and this was the first time we had that experience and the app took so long we ended up asking to cancel it as we were almost done our meals.
-There was only one waitress, she was very attentive but seemed really busy. As they get busier I'm sure they plan to add more.
The restaurant was very clean and spacious. The service was great and the food was amazing. I love that they have options that my husband will also love like wings and sandwiches.
The pho was the best we’ve ever had. The Shanghai Spring Rolls were also fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back. So happy to now have a local Pho restaurant. Atmosphere was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming!
Westminster has Pho! Go... Pho! Spring rolls were HOT, burned my mouth, so be careful. The nam Cham sauce has a little kick to it, a nice heat. Summer rolls were so fresh and crisp. The peanut sauce was SO good, really peanut-y.
I had the pho Tai, so good. A traditional pho bo base, hints of star anise and cinnamon, nicely balanced of sweet and saltly. The broth is not clear so it has a nice umami. Husband had the pork bun sub. He liked it, said the pork was actually sweet. Veggies were crisp as I heard the crunch as he ate it.
We have a pho place again! I brought the leftover broth home to drink later. And the bathroom signs are a riot. Don't worry, they're 1-at-time bathrooms.
