“This location is always extremely slow it doesn't matter the time of day I come here there's always a 10 minute wait to get anything out of the drive-thru and even longer wait when you go inside. I don't understand the disconnect with this place and other Dunkin donuts but it's in their best interest to start to improve customer service or they're going to lose a lot of business very quickly. While the coffee is excellent the donuts that I received here often aren't very fresh and when I asked for a fresh donut I'm often encountered with "they are fresh". I hope they can get their stuff together because this is a very convenient location for me.”

“Great store always very clean, and personnel always have a good attitude. The only thing about this stire and all the other wawa people and employee smoking in front of store, it is annoying for the non smokers, there should be a specific location for the smokers so they can enjoy their cigarettes and non smokers do not need to inhale the smoke.”
