“My first visit for a carryout order and I was so impressed. The customer service was exceptional. They answered all my questions with a smile. I was able to sample two sides before I made a purchase. They wear gloves and everyone from the kitchen was very welcoming. I had the catfish, which was cut into nuggets for me, with greens, mac & cheese, and cornbread. Everything was delicious. Portion size was great because I ate in two settings, lunch and dinner. Cornbread was sweet and moist, almost like cake. Needless to say, I will be back. I really enjoyed the experience and the food.”

“Before I placed an order I asked about the estimated delivery time. I was told 35-40 minutes. At 45 minutes I called back and was told the driver left and that it is busy. Why do they think I asked about delivery time? It has now been an hour. Unfortunately I used a credit card and cannot cancel my order. Never again. Update: I called back and the person was very apologetic and attempted to track down the driver. The driver came less than 5 minutes later. The food was very good. Can’t give 4 stars because of delivery timeframe. I would order again, but would definitely have to pick up.”

“I really like this place. The staff is always super friendly and patient. They greet you with a smile and they remember you, if you are a regular (which I am). The facility is usually spotless and well kept. I come here for the variety of gluten free options. They offer the option of a lettuce wrap as a substitute for any sandwiches and they don't just throw your meat on lettuce it's actually a well wrap that functions just like a bun. I've also tried the salads and been really pleased with the quality of the ingredients. There are good quantities of meat and other ingredients in each salad. They also have plenty of other options which I haven't tried yet, but I do enjoy the fries!! They're freshly made, crispy and hot each time. I recommended this place for fast-casual dining for lunch or dinner. You'll enjoy it!”

“This is a good five guys. They get the orders out quickly and the fries and burgers are always good. Only thing I would change is getting the newer Coke machines that allow you to create different combinations of drinks and offer greater variety. One of the employee told me they'll be renovating soon and hopefully that'll be part of the upgrade. This also a great location right off of 301 in Waldorf.”
