Beautiful park with shaded benches, 3 different playgrounds and a small beach. Conveniently located right off of 50. Not much shade on a hot, sunny day so come prepared with sunscreen or beach umbrella.

An evening with local favorite The Jones Boys. As always The Jones Boys give top notch performances! The music is not only timeless, but greatly honors all the artists whose music they cover. They even throw in an occasional original song of their own that is equal in quality to the others. Governor's Hall was a little on the chilly side, (hence 4 stars) but otherwise delivered a most enjoyable event.

Everything was great. Clean bathrooms, excellent playground with Mommy and me swings. Nice little beach with little waves. The only negative was lots of little trash around picnic tables and benches even though there were trash cans.

Years ago I read James Michener's book "Chesapeake"and this is now my third visit to Cambridge over the last 18 years. The town remains my favorite Eastern Shore destination. The yachts in the marina and on the hard rouse my nautical spirit spirit every time. There can be few more beautiful places to sail anywhere in the world.
