    Brisket was moist and tender. Best I've ever had! A platter was very filling.

    Really good BBQ in a small pleasant atmosphere. The collard greens are cooked longer than I prefer, but that's just the way some people like them. The brisket is easily in my top 5 and the burnt ends and pork are both really good.
