These burnt ends are UNREAL. Literally the best I've ever had. So good that I had to stop eating and rate this place, both so I could take a minute to savor the food and so I didn't forget to rate this restaurant. Whatever you order, get the raspberry BBQ sauce!

The staff is very quick to help. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very pleasant and quick to tell us what his favorites are.

This restaurant is somewhat of a hike for me but I'm SO glad that I stopped. Absolutely delicious!!!

I came here while visiting a friend in MD. The food came hot, sauce is great, LOVE their spiral cut fries! I would definitely come back again if I am in the area. Definitely one of the best barbecue pulled pork sandwiches I have ever had.

I've been here far too often. BEST. BBQ. EVER. This is far superior to Black Hog in Frederick. Sorry, not sorry. The meat is just really well seasoned and the flavor is never lacking. Super salads! And the raspberry barbecue sauce is really delicious!

I'm pretty picky about barbecue, so finding a place like CarterQue is a godsend. My wife and I like it so much that we had them cater our wedding. Every time we visit, the staff is professional, friendly, and make us feel important as customers. There is a large selection of food, with great sauces to match them all. Good drink selection as well. Highly recommended.

My wife and I hired CarterQue to cater our wedding, and WOW. We knew their food was great (hence, the previous review), but our experience from start to finish was outstanding. Colleen was wonderful in helping us decide what menu options we wanted to have and in working with us as things changed. The on-site staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond in helping us get set up and, later, cleaned. We heard nothing but rave reviews from our friends and family, and if we had to do it over again, we'd pick them without a moment of hesitation.

They even sent us on our way with a gift bag!
