    Pretty good selection of items, and fantastic food. I would not use this as a substitute for a grocer or for large scale shopping.

    The best thing about this shop is the pastrami sandwich. This sandwich is about the best you can get in Frederick and is a good price for the size that they give you. I suggest this place for some good food and maybe for some small shopping.

    Great shop with nice selection of foods, drinks, cheeses, prepared foods, spices, cold drinks, breads and desserts. Friendly and helpfully staff too. Great prices for the quality of foods and ingredients of prepared foods. Small eating area in the front. Great location near other specialty shops, restaurants and museums. Highly recommended.

    Fantastic sandwiches and soups. Great place for a quick lunch in downtown. Pimento grilled cheese is awesome!

    Probably some of the best food you can grab to go in Frederick. They also have really awesome snack and drink options.
