Food was ready fast until the remodel. Now staff is behind wall. Cant get help. Takes forever. I might as well drive to Roys or Chick-fil-a in Fredrick.

To be honest this Micdonalds screws up our Orders sometimes. Although it is neat inside.

Food is good, when they get your order right. I work in customer service so I'm usually very hesitant to give a bad review but we've been here multiple times and our order has only been correct a handful of times. Almost every time we have to turn around because something was either wrong or forgotten yet our receipt was correct and we were charged with everything. I'd understand if there was a rush, but it happens even when business is slow (even when were the only customers there) Employees should be better trained. Staff can occasionally have an attitude. Many are polite however. Food is good quality. Just check your bags before leaving the parking lot.
