Chilangadas "La Nena"

Chilangadas la nena has the true authentic Mexican taste that you won’t find anywhere else! Every time I come here I am greeted with such wonderful smiles and positivity. There is true passion and love in this food truck that I can see. Their quesobirria tacos are to die for! They are always made so fresh. They come out really fast Always. The meat has such a delicious flavor and same with the consume. Their portions sizes are prefect! I love to come here often because it’s the only place in Frederick that has that authentic taste that I have been looking for. The mangonadas are another treat that you can’t get anywhere else! Frederick has really needed someone like La Nena to give us the the true Mexican flavor. It’s a great place to come and stop by to grab a quick bite or to come with family and sit down and enjoy! Perfect little location too!

The Birria tacos 🌮 were really good and quite filling. They aren’t chard or crunchy like some so if you prefer soft moist tacos this is your place! They don’t skimp on the meat either so that’s a plus. Be prepared for some serious itis afterwards 😴 would recommend!

The best Quesa Birria w/Consome I ever had!!!!!!! My daughter loved it also! The ingredients are so fresh and great quality. The meat was so tender. I have not eaten anywhere that even comes close to the authentic flavor this place has. You will not be disappointed. I should have purchased more! We will definitely be back soon.

The food is awesome, but in addition to great food, the owners are some of the kindest souls you will ever meet. You can tell they take pride and great passion serving the community. Their business is taking off so they have been booked for many events and have limited days/hours at this location. So follow them on Facebook and check out when they will be local. They set up across from Sheetz out near the FSK mall.

Every time when I came here it’s so delicious. I tried another place for tacos but here is the best for me, and the attention is a PLUS for me. They’re so kind and a beautiful family. Thanks for open this place at Frederick ♥️

This is by far the best spot I've been to in Maryland. It was my first time having "Pambazos," and they completely surpassed any expectation I had! Not only was the food authentic and absolutely delicious, but the service was above and beyond. These pictures don't show it justice on how mouthwatering the food was. I can't say enough about this spot! They had picnic tables to eat at, and the food came out pretty quickly. A plus out of nature was that sunset! It's simply an amazing spot.
If you don't stop by this place, you'll definitely miss out on great food and deserts.
