BonChon Chicken

Fantastic place to eat whether you're going for some good fried chicken or some Korean food! I'm a big fan of the chicken Katsu! It has this sweet and sour sauce lightly drizzled on it asking with spicy mayo which makes for a nice flavor with a slight kick!

Best Korean Chicken restaurant ever!!!! It’s my families favorite and we continue to introduce our families and friends to the food and the place. My father that lives in Michigan as well our friends from London loves it so much that every time they come to visits we have to come and dine at BonChon.

Since I love chicken wings and literally have had wings in over 100 establishments and homes combined ... this is top 10. It’s nice setting with a big screen projector of a major game and a few other TVs. It’s a smaller restaurant but open with high ceilings and a bar. You can get your typical drinks but if you are Korean place you gotta get some Soju of which they have a nice selection of flavors. It’s made to order so not fast food but worth the wait. I think they have the best tasting chicken but could use a few more flavor wings. There’s only 2 and no plain. That’s my only gripe as to why I feel as tho it’s not a 5 star place. Change that and you could the ???? in MD for Chicken wings.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We ordered chicken strips with soy garlic sauce. The sauce was very good and not at all spicy, and the chicken had a different kind of crunch than expected but it was good. The chicken itself was dry even after getting extra sauce. We came expecting the atmosphere of a quiet takeout place like the Frederick location, but instead it was like a sports bar, tvs and all, which was disorienting. I would highly recommend you go to a different location if you don't like sports bars.
