You Pizza

This place has the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever tasted (and I’ve tried a ton). Mostly a to-go place, but there are tables. I don’t think there is a wait staff, though.

It’s easy to see from 108, but the entrance is a bit hard to find. If you’re coming from Columbia on 108, the entrance is immediately after Roots but before the next light. You go past an unmarked building, then make a left into a parking lot. You drive past the first building and park behind the second. Then you walk towards 108 past the building you parked behind into a courtyard. You Pizza is ahead and to the right. You’ll pass a cupcake place on your right.

Great pizza and fast cooking times. Make the pizza right in line and have it ready in a few minutes after paying. The toppings are good and the pizzas are sized appropriately for 2 people to share over lunch. The store is nice and new and the staff is friendly. I'd recommend trying it out when nearby!

Gourmet pizza, you pizza, is a hit from my perspective. Clean establishment and courtesy staff with quality foods equals a winner. Took my daughter's there and they enjoyed as well. Definitely added to my quick fix food spots.

Quirky, fun and healthy little restaurant that offers pizza and salads prepared exactly as you wish, and in about the same amount of time as fast food. Pizzas are listed on the menu as complete items in different styles, or you can take complete control and have one made exactly as you wish, from different fresh crusts, proteins, and a wide variety of cheeses, vegetables and other toppings. From mild to wild, your pizza is assembled as you order. By the time you have paid for it, the pizza is hot and ready. The same is true for salads. Pick from familiar and different mixes from the menu, or have one made to your desire. The food here is plentiful and a great value.

Love this place!  The employees and owner are terrific and clearly invested in patrons enjoying the food. Pricing is not cheap but you get high quality.

First- the salads are fantastic. I usually do the protein plus 5 which is a few dollars cheaper than the everything. If you choose chicken, ask them to pan fry in olive oil instead of just putting through oven. delicious! They will cut you a fresh apple right into the salad along with numerous other toppings (I go for mandarin orange also).  Finally, the orange dressing is terrific.

Pizza is great. My suggestion is to add a little extra sauce.
