    The pretzels here are always fresh, the staff is always courteous and prompt, and usually seem happy to help.

    I visited Auntie Anne's pretzels at the main food court in the columbia mall.
    I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the kindness of the staff. Their baked goodies are always very good and the line moves fast.

    Always a nice treat. I've been there multiple times with the same experience so I wanted to take some time out of my day to write this because of my great experiences.
