    Good food, nice servers, least customer aware regional manager on Earth. The guy really knows how to bring down the mood of a section with his overly negative attitude. He shouldn't be managing anyone!

    The service is good quality, but there are not nearly enough servers to wait tables or tend bar, so the result is extremely slow service and an almost painful experience trying to get the attention of your server to get refills on drinks or to get your bill. Food is hit or miss on quality; I’ve often had cold wings or soggy fries/buffalo chips. Sound system is HORRIBLE, cuts out about every 6 seconds for 3-5 seconds at a time. If you want to listen to a game or music at the same time as you watch the game, this is NOT the place to go. If you don’t mind loud, loud commentary, then complete silence, then you’ll be ok.

    Short story: Cold beer if they get it to you in time, cold food if they don’t get it to you, understaffed, and poor A/V equipment.

    Business was slow. Service was ok. My meal did not meet the description in the menu. It was dry and the bun was overlapping the meat by 2 inches! My son loved his wings though.

    Food was great. I think our server forgot about us on several occasions. Seating was plentiful for the occasion (Chiefs vs Colts). Great location.
