AppleCore's Bake Shoppe

First time trying sweet potato cheesecake and eventually really enjoyed it!! High quality ingredients but at $10 per slice it is expensive. Lots of vegan free products. Very clean bakery near the water. Hard to see from parking lot. Right next to red roof building on the right, down the hill near the water. Staff seemed friendly enough.

What could be better? A business run by lovely, friendly people AND delicious baked goods - all in one place! I ordered a full-sized Chocolate Cake and a tray of Chocolate Toffee Nut bread pudding for a work function. My co-workers raved over both, especially the bread pudding. I think I saw a few people go weak in the knees! Visit this small business and discover your new favorite dessert!

I was in the DMV area for my birthday & this past holiday season. I was referred through a mutual friend to Applecore's Bake Shoppe, not only did she come through with the lay -up & clutch shot she did a TOUCHDOWN. (I know I am referring to 2 sports 🤣) that is how awesome & amazing the customer service & cake was 😋. Applecore Bake Shoppe was empathetic that Yes it was my birthday but that is also on Christmas Day😘.
I appreciate businesses who cater to customers like myself with "HOLI-BIRTHDAYS" . My order was placed on 12/23 & I picked up my cake on 12/24. Applecore went ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS 🥰 & the cake PRESENTATION WAS EVERYTHING.❤❤❤❤

Desserts from AppleCore's Bake Shoppe were PHENOMENAL!!! The ordering process with Aisha was pleasant and easy. I ordered minis of the red velvet bundtlette, oreo cheesecake and sweet potato cheesecake for a Thanksmas celebration with my friends! Everyone enjoyed all of the desserts!!! I thought sweet potato was my favorite but oreo is trying to be my #1!!! Highly recommend AppleCore's everything!!!

I took my son and daughter to the sandlot this past weekend, to check out Applecore bakery. I’m plant based and eat mostly vegan desserts. We ordered the almond, lemon, and confetti pound cakes and they were delicious! I also grabbed the non vegan red velvet cake for my father and law and he devoured it! Can’t say enough about the love out into these desserts; we’ll be back!!
