Tea Horse Sichuan Bistro

Ordered carry out. Had fish, chicken, beef dishes. All were very good. The spicy dishes like cumin beef were very spicy and delicious. The non spicy dishes were great too. Although some menu items like beef tendon which was not labeled spicy is actually mild. If you can't handle any spicy I would suggest asking the staff.

An interesting part is that you order rice separately. So if you eat lots of rice with spicy food then be prepared to order a couple extra bowls of rice as well.

The food is very tasty. It’s our first time to eat here today. We arrived after 3:30pm and it’s not so busy. The restaurant is new and the wooden tables and chairs are nice. My only concern was the food was not hot when they served them. The rice is cold already and the jasmine tea was too bitter. It’s like the tea was brewed too long. The appetizer cost about $10 whereas the entree we ordered was $22. I hope that when we come back, the food will be served piping hot so I can change my rating to 5 star.

Great service, great food! The pork stir fry green beans and kung pao chicken were delicious, and we loved the wontons in chili oil also. Staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant decorations were lovely. Will definitely be back!

This place is so good. I would highly recommend checking it out. Authentic Chinese food. And if you enjoy Red Pepper Sichuan in Towson you will love this place, as it is the same brand. We had many delicious dishes. Love that! The menu is mostly pictures! The service was great and the restaurant is gorgeous. Highly recommend the beef tendon, green beans and the cumin lamb, although I will say the lamb was much spicier than I am used too.

I had the Beef with cumin, spicy dumplings and hot tea. Service was great. The Beef with cumin did not disappoint, I hope they don't change it. It's perfectly spiced. Not to spicy, not to weak and super tasty. Spicy dumplings were tasty but not very spicy. Complemented the Beef well.
Hot tea was poured to soon by service and was like hot water. But following cups were great. I will have two meals out of this, so portion is good. The other person with me had different dishes and was extremely happy.
Sooooo many things I want to try on the menu. This will be my favorite place for now.
