Tandoor Spice

Just came back from a great experience at Tandoor Spice. The wait staff was very professional and friendly. The owner had a great conversation with us. The prices were extremely reasonable. Love that it’s BYOB! But I’m saving the best for last. The food was remarkable. I don’t live close, by but still plan on returning as soon as I am able to.

I finally stopped into Tandoor Spice (next to the Weis in Woodstock, MD) after stalking their opening progress for months 👀

The staff was absolutely lovely and the food was delicious! I ordered the chicken tikka masala and palak chat. The only item that didn’t make it into the photo shoot was the mango lassi which my son enjoyed on the way home 🙂 His exact quote was “this is better then premium juice” 😆

My family and I have been waiting for this place to open for over 2 years or so and it lived up to the hype! Fantastic food and great service! As someone who frequently goes to India and eats authentic Indian food at home as well, my standards are high for Indian food. As a well-traveled person, I can easily name this a top 5 Indian restaurant in America. Must try!

Fantastic food! We ordered take out and food was high quality! Great flavor and spice was perfect. We are so excited to have a great restaurant in the neighborhood!

If you love or even look to try Indian cuisine. This is one of the best places for it. Great food and service. They have no liquor license but per the owner, you are welcome to byob. I can see this place being hard to get into soon so take out maybe your best option if the line isn't being tied up from all the calls. Plenty of parking being it's located in a shopping center.
