    Great addition to Bethesda! Build-your-own rice bowls. Very fresh fish, particularly the salmon. Wide selection of vegetables and other toppings. Many sauces to choose from. There are both Japanese- and Hawaiian-inspired choices and also plenty of other ingredients to choose from. Lines are infrequent and usually move fairly quickly. Overall, a great place.

    Good, fresh food made to order quickly. It is a little intimidating at first, but I can't wait to go back. Everyone there was friendly and the place was clean. When we went it was easy to find parking and a table to eat.

    Our first experience was excellent. The staff were very helpful and patient. The choices are healthy and you have many options to create you dish the way you want it.
