Sisters Thai

Went here with my wife a few days ago. Order the sisters fried rice, drunken noodles and steamed dumplings. The sisters fried rice and drunken noodles were good, but the dumplings were warm on the outside and cold on the inside? Not sure why, but the bigger ones were definitely colder than the smaller ones. It's a good amount of food for left overs and the price is right, service was ok, but I'll avoid any dumplings in my future visits.

So good I really don't want to share. But I must. Had lunch a few days ago, appetizer and meal $12, very reasonable for the zone. Really calm eclectic feel, like eating at home. Meals seasoned to perfection and looking forward to a happy hour visit.

I just found my new "Relax and Chill" spot at "Sisters Thai" located at 7995 Tuckerman Lane, Potomac, MD 20854 in Cabin John Village! I'm so excited about this Thai restaurant because it has this really mellow eclectic feel, yet you almost expect to bump into the next Einstein or Hemingway as you enjoy absolutely delicious meals and tuck yourself away in one of their cute comfy spots to read. They provide walls of interesting books of all sorts. I ordered "Chicken Satay" a skewered chicken with peanut sauce, and "Garden Rolls", which are fresh greens (shredded vegetables) wrapped in rice paper. The food was FRESH and Scrumptious!! I almost don't want to announce how great it is because I'd hate to make it difficult to get into or find seating. And about seating, there's a section upon entering the front that will be nice for this winter because it has an electric fireplace. The middle of this adorable restaurant has a bar like section, and further to the rear is where the tasty dessert area, more seating with more books are. There is also patio seating that's pet friendly. A truly unique location.

The Sisters are Back in town. Opening up in mid summer 2019 the Sisters Thai is a welcome addition. They have a nice staff, nice selection of food, in a nice ambiance. Well done Sisters. Well done !

I love the bookstore/cafe themed interior design. The level of detail really shows the amount of effort and thought the owners put in to open a Thai restaurant here. Food was delicious. Service was good, wait staff are friendly knowledge and attentive. Delivery was a bit slow, but it's a soft opening; I'd come back again in the near future!
