Pho Saigon

Wonderful Pho and iced coffee. Prices reasonable and good service.

This is really a 3.5 stars. The food is really good here, but the kitchen is very slow. It took 15-20 minutes for our pho to come out, and the place was not busy at all. Otherwise, the service was attentive but impersonal. Not friendly, but not hostile either. Interestingly, they bring the soup dishes out on a cart, not tray. The pho also has bigger serving sizes and a higher ratio of soup to noodles than other places. In case you didn't know, the soup is the most expensive part of pho.

Their pho selection is smaller than Pho 75, but they have a lot of other noodle dishes, both dry and with soup. Also, the basil that came with the pho was incredibly limp. Very surprising for basil, and not a good sign.

The dining area is newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The bathrooms are still the same, but they were clean and dry.

A safety concern is that they have a drink refrigerator right in front of the emergency exit. I'm pretty sure they could move it behind the drink counter and not block the exit.

Excellent!! The pho was amazing. The service was fantastic! Staff is really friendly and quick. I am definitely going to go again soon.
