“Went here yesterday and was very impressed. Tried four of their dishes and each one was a hit. Also got some of their jasmine tea, which was very aromatic. This was my first opportunity to try Uyghur cuisine, and I was happy to find that it seems to combine all of my favorite middle eastern and Chinese dishes seamlessly. Only complaint is that this restaurant is new and they haven't taken down some of the signage from the previous restaurant that occupied this space. The location was very hard to find with the old signage up.”

“Two of us came to dine at Dillen a few weeks ago. We had to serve our self because the wait staff was on a break. One of us thought the homemade mac and cheese was absolutely delicious, while the other did not care for it. However, with the wide variety of menu choices, we were both very satisfied with our meal. The ice cream cake was very good, but it melted all over our plates before we could finish it. This particular establishment does tend to be very hot, so while we recommend visiting it, be sure to wear short sleeves (light clothes) year round.”

“There are some amazing offerings at Cooper's Hawk, and some things that need adjusting. We were greeted immediately upon entering by very friendly staff at the tasting Room. We were offered a free taste of a wine and decided to enjoy a wine tasting.they run $9-$13 . There were 3 choices of wine tastings to choose from. The downside is there are absolutely no chairs at the tasting Room. You are required to stand the entire tasting. not very pleasurable. When we tried to get a table for dinner, we were told there was 90 minute wait. We were smart enough to go on open table and got a reservation for 15 minutes later.we were seated shortly after reservation time. Something is not quite right there when patrons are eschewed from dining... Menu choices and plated Food were amazing. Again, offered a free tasting of reserve barrel wine. Dessert and cocktails, amazing. Would definitely return to sample other menu items. Hope they work out the rest before returning....”

“The recipe were adjusted to fit general appetite, compare to what I used to have is lighter in taste. Sour Bamboo were from bottle sour bamboo, which is what I usually used as replacement, but in the restaurant I kinda expect home made sour bamboo which has better texture. The soup is thick and tasty, I can tell the owner made it with efforts, would be nice if add more soup, I like having soup with the noodle. . I like it and owner was super nice would like see improvement when come back in the future.”

“Ramen is really good, maybe the best around honestly. Two reasons I’m docking stars are because 1) they close for an hour at 3 and I get off work at 3. I work right around the corner and have wanted several times to get it to go (the way they pack their to-go is awesome compared to everywhere else - no bowl needed) but can’t unless I wait and if I wait traffic get that much worse. This reason leads me into my second complaint, because they close mid day I’ve gone several times on my lunch break at 11am (right when they open) to get to-go for me and the family to have for dinner. 90% of the time I’m the first customer they have for the day. I usually get 3 ramens and 3 seaweed salads to-go, and it has taken over 20 minutes every time, and twice it took over 30 minutes... I don’t think I’m being irrational in thinking that is just too long, especially because I’m the first m (and often the only) person there.... but it’s like, the food is so good. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it lol, so it some respects, it’s worth it.”

“If you can't handle spicy food, don't go here as the "non-spicy" food is moderately spicy. The non-spicy food was too spicy for one in our party and marginal for another. I like spicy and ordered one of their spicier meals and it was very good. Most entrees are fried. The chicken was perfectly prepared, and not greasy in any way. The fries were exceptional. Initial service was very good, but after the food was delivered to the table, the waitress dissappeared and never delivered the knives and extra napkins we had requested, and never offered to refill our drinks. If you like spicy food, I recommend this place. They clearly need to do some more training with their wait staff.”
