The recipe were adjusted to fit general appetite, compare to what I used to have is lighter in taste. Sour Bamboo were from bottle sour bamboo, which is what I usually used as replacement, but in the restaurant I kinda expect home made sour bamboo which has better texture. The soup is thick and tasty, I can tell the owner made it with efforts, would be nice if add more soup, I like having soup with the noodle.
. I like it and owner was super nice would like see improvement when come back in the future.
