Lucy Ethiopian Restaurant

Had a nice lunch there today. Everything was good overall. I ordered the Vegan meal as I always enjoy trying the vegetables and non meat options when I'm by myself trying to be healthy. This was a very diverse platter compared to other Ethiopian places I've visited.

This is a lovely restaurant in uptown Bethesda. Great addition to the culinary collection here. The service can be slow, even though I've never seen the place full, but the food is great and the interior deco is beautiful.

More than five stars in everything! food was delicious, excellent customer service. I enjoyed the food and customer service level at this nice place. My husband took I and my 20 month old daughter there and we enjoyed every bit! The owner and everyone were awesome too... I will go there again and again. Thank you Lucy and the other lady that served us.

Great service and food! I got a vegan platter and it was delicious. This platter or any dish comes with unlimited bread (Injera), so you will always leave feeling full and satisfied!

The food was fabulous. The waitress worked with us in splitting the check for the families involved. They even have Guinness on tap. That was a good beer. The selection of foods is good. The prices are typical for the area. Definitely ask questions since some dishes can actually feed two people. I don't recall seeing the menu's selections marked for spiciness, so definitely ask if that is an issue for you. One can find a public parking garage. It is wheel chair friendly as well.
