**Restricted access this subway is located in NSA Bethesda.** Fast service, kind of slow during lunch but that's sort of expected. And the cookies were a little stale or over cooked couldn't quite figure it out. I still ate them lol... Subway has the best oatmeal raisin cookies! No debates. Prices are still similar to the Subway's not located on base. Only four stars because I got a bad batch of cookies! Do better! Lol
