Sichuan Cuisine(Hearty's)

Neighborhood gem. Sunday night family dinner. Attentive service and friendly staff (Cindy). Everything devoured - no leftovers. Try the special dishes: golden brown eggplant. crispy tofu, szechuan tofu. Good tea. Good for vegetarians. Looks popular for take-out, but also a simple spacious sit-down place for gatherings. Several big round tables.

Very good! I have only had food delivered, but have been very happy with the speed and taste of the food.
1. They were very fast to deliver... only about 30 minutes for a meal for two people
2. Added "free" extras when we ordered over certain values.
3. portion size was good and enough for lunch the next day.
I would recommend this place to for delivery.

Was here a couple of months ago and had to wait an hour for my food to be ready. Recently realized they had new ownership, gave it another chance and it was great. If it continues this way and it is the so-called American Chinese food what you are craving for, in a not so fancy setting, this is the place. It is a good place for lunch as they have lunch combinations around $8.00. The food is good, and large enough one could save some for dinner. The place is big and usually quiet, and has been painted recently and somewhat renovated. And of course parking is always easy at the Festival shopping center.
