What is it? At the table before each person there is a place to keep flavored broth simmering, Ingredients you selected are brought to you raw. You then select from them to be placed into the pot and cooked. The ingredients are thinly sliced to cook quickly and as your meal progresses the broth changes and gets more complex in flavor. Don't forget to go to the sauce bar.
It's different and it's a bit pricey depending on what you order but a fun experience in a group.
This has to be one of my favorite hot pot place! To me, the soup is very important. I personally like their house spicy soup. I like that there is no pepper that numbs my tongue. Is pure spice. The meats and vegetable are very fresh. I really like that to keep the vegetable fresh on the convertible belt, they close it off and keep it cold. The atmosphere was great and the waitress was very attending as well. I definitely will visit again.
Warning: there is no dessert after meal though. We were kind of sad about that but the food made up for it.
Overall it was a nice place to eat but Interestingly enough; my Beautiful wife has now informed me that she feels she may have eaten something bad; noting her stomach feels upset. I on the other hand feel fine therefore you will personally have to make the call.
It’s a very authentic Chinese hot pot and the broth was good and the food was fresh. Like the decoration as well. Service was good. The food conveyor was very convenient and you can just bring what you like. The sauces were very tasteful! Definitely will come back!
You can get individual hot pots or a large hotpot for the middle of the table. There are different types of soup base. I tried the tomato one which I thought was really good. There is a regular spicy soup base but if you want really spicy, that will cost extra. The waiters are fast and attentative. They put in orders digitally using a tablet and the food comes out of the back pretty quick. The meat and vegetables looked and tasted really fresh. There is seafood also but I didn't try any of them. There is a sauce bar with the usual sauces and extra soup ingredients like green onions, garlic, cilantro, etc. Overall, a great experience and I hope to visit again.
