Delicious! Today was my first visit. I had the Sesame Encrusted Salmon and loved it. The fried spinach side was a new experience. It was light, crispy and very tasty. Our waiter, Issac (?) was very friendly and professional.

This was my first time here and I struggled with how to rate it because the food was great, but the service was not. Our server was pleasant enough, but it took him forever to get anything (we waited for 20 minutes for our drinks, only two of which were from the bar). However, it may have been the best burger I've ever had. Friends had salmon, which was also very good.

We went to Firebirds for the first time for an early Valentine's Day dinner. Our service was wonderful. I ordered the cilantro grilled chicken breast and it came with 2 onion rings and a side which I chose the Southwest Au Gratin potatoes. My dinner was outstanding. It was full of flavor, the chicken was moist and delicious. I also ordered the Passion Flower tea which had 0 calories and full of flavor. We also ordered the jalapeno eggs and for me they were okay, but my husband loved them. He ordered the BLT salad and that was very yummy! His main course was the Kobe meatloaf and he wasn't impressed. I had a bite and I thought it was soggy. I wish they would have grilled it before plating and putting on the gravy that may have helped. He had the bourbon pecan spicy green beans but they were disappointing as neither of us tasted the bourbon or the spice. Also, we like crisp green beans, but these were barely cooked. However, you live and learn and we would go back to try something different, maybe at lunch time. I do think the steaks were overpriced, but then again that is my opinion. The atmosphere was nice, but a little dark to try and read the menu. We had to use the flashlight on the phone to read our menu. Overall, it was decent, but I'd try lunch next time.

Visited 12/18/18. The place is very nice on the inside, our waitress was great. She was attentive and gracious. The food came out quick and very delicious. Decent happy hour as well, happy hour food choices are kind of limited though. Only gripe was that our drinks too very long to come out, we even got our food well before the drinks came. Waitress apologized and said the manager would comp the drinks if it was a huge issue. The thought alone was enough to please me, I don’t mind paying for the drinks. I’ll give it another try. Great food choices too.
