CAVA

This is a great location. The store is well laid out and parking is easy. It's a bit tricky to get to from Shady Grove Rd, but worth it. It's nice to have food options at this end of Shady Grove.

Like all others, a great place for fast healthy food. Always clean friendly and helpful.

The place was generally clean. The trash bins were full, the ladies room was our of paper towels, but the tables, floors, and food prep areas were clean. The people working didn't seem to enjoy being there either than the cashier. A few people didn't seem to know their jobs well, yet...but the food was delicious,as usual.

I've been to several Cava's in the DC area and this is definitely the best one so far! The atmosphere is inviting and clean, plus it has good service.
I normally get the splendid greens but they weren't serving those because of the romaine recall. I got a mix of spinach and arugula instead and I might be switching permanently it was so good!
When I was ordering toppings I noticed a bit of feta in the olives just toward the right of the bin. I asked the lady if she could scoop from the left side as I can't have dairy. She didn't say anything, but without hesitation pulled out a brand new bin from under the counter and scooped from it instead. That impressed me! To me it meant they hire good employees and train them well.

I fell in love at CAVA. The restaurant is clean, fresh food and and the staff are nice. I especially appreciate how the source farms are posted near the menu. The prices are fare and the menu options are range from salad lovers to meat lovers and in between. I recommend CAVA for having local, fresh and delicious food. A place where friends and family with different tastes could enjoy. I will be back.
