After reading about Pizza Rosa on a local blog, we had to try it out. So good. Got three pizzas, the Del Campo (veggies), the black truffle, and the Margherita. Each was excellent. The crust is chewy and well cooked, the sauce has great flavor, and the toppings are well thought out an prepared. The black truffle has that extra umami flavoring too that puts it over the top. We will definitely be back.
One of the best personal pizzas I have had. Ingredients were fresh and the bread crust tasted great. Also, the bottom of the bread was crisp, but not burnt. It had a nice crunch to it. I suppose the only improvement I would suggest is maybe like, 10 percent more cheese on the pizza, but perhaps there was less cheese because the pizza was free.
I can't wait to come here again!
Starting off with a bang! I dropped in for the opening weekend with my younger son who is a notoriously picky eater. He loved the pizza! One of our new favorites. The guy at the counter was super friendly and could answer any question I had about all the great ingredients in the store for making your own pasta or sauce. And the drinks were a great surprise, the orange cream soda was the best I've had in recent memory. I can't wait for next weekend to come back and order something special like mushrooms or garlic because based on what I tasted so far this place is going to rock!
Very good pizza pie. Ingredients were fresh and crust was delicious. Thumbs up. Person at the counter was also very friendly.
Came for the free pizza for their soft opening and I'll definitely be coming back to try some of their other menu items. It's very fresh and I'm not normally into pizza crust but theirs was really good. Definitely one of the most satisfying pizzas I've eaten.
It's also located inside Open Hand which is a little shop with a variety of their own pastas as well as other fresh ingredients - meats, cheeses, sauces, spreads, and more.
The entrance is at the back of the building and there's plenty of room to park in the lot.
