Perfect place to have food and drink. Great customer service.

Our Uber driver recommend this place. Although the ambiance was not the best, they were friendly and served really nice food. The portion sizes very big! We had leftovers for two days.

i have always had a great experience at this place. i really cant complain about anything. every moment has been great. the food, music, vibe and service. of course some waitresses doesn't understand english properly but you can still communicate and get a taste of et. food

My grade is based on overall experience. I am having zero experience with Ethiopian food so cannot grade this. The service is pretty quick (unless you are ordering just small bites), overall price is close to Chinese takeout, they are also serving beer, wine and cocktails. This place also has a small patio facing Georgia avenue - basically 2 or 3 tables just at entrance and you have to be lucky to get this spot. Please note, that there is no dedicated parking so you are looking for street parking. My suggestion is to park in the parking garage on Wayne avenue.

One of the best Ethiopian places in greater DC area. The flavors are spot on and the portion size is generous. There are plenty of options for vegetations as well. It gets pretty crowded on weekend evenings. There are live music performers and coffee ceremony on Sunday evenings. The staff are very welcoming. Lunch time gets a bit slow and food takes a while to be prepared.
