Underground Pizza Company Silver Spring

The vibes in here are really good like I didn't want to leave. Also, the pizza pretty much ruined every other pizza for me because it didn't feel heavy but it was like a lot of pizza and I really enjoyed it. Of course I got the pepperoni because I always get pepperoni and maybe the next time I go I will take some good pictures but it was really good.

The mozzarella sticks and pizza were to die for! We got the most popular pepperoni pizza. I’ve had UPC for takeout and tbh, dining in is the best way to enjoy the food! It’s a small space so it can feel a little claustrophobic. Didn’t get their names but the two guys who greeted us were super friendly and made the experience fun!

We decided to try this place out and it was definitely a splurge since the pizza was $28 (yields 8 squares). The price was a bit steep to make it a regular purchase and I definitely would’ve appreciated more sauce to topping ratio (it was extremely salty). Overall it was good, just a tad bit on the pricey side for what you receive.

Great Detroit style pizza! Large is enough for 2 people, 4 squares per person. Took some home the first night and ate cold the next day and it was still delicious. Steak and cheese sliders are great as well.

We’ve been ordering during their Silver Spring drops for a while, and have ventured to their Baltimore spot when we’ve really had a hankering, so we are obviously stoked they have a permanent spot here! The pizza is SO damn good. Easily the best in Silver Spring. We haven’t had a pizza we didn’t like from them. Especially recommend the CBR, Nonna, Tiger King, and Pickle Bacon Ranch!
