Not one of the best as far as cava goes, but still good. Service was a bit slow, food looked like it had been sitting longer than normal and restaurant a bit less clean. But, I still loved it.

Good, healthy, flavorful food. I usually get the chicken bowl, but the spicy lamb meatballs are good also. The employees are very friendly.

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was literally amazing. I’ve eaten here 3 times in the past 24 hours. The staff is really nice and welcoming. I’m new to Mediterranean food and the staff was great in helping me try new things. The food is very fresh and delicious! You must come here!

Really good bowls with a good variety of options to add according to your tastes. I'm partial to the spicy lamb meatballs and the crazy feta in a green & grains bowl for a nice pick me up lunch. If you haven't eaten here yet, it's definitely worth trying.

Despite the good reviews I had no expectations and no idea what I felt like eating. Man am I glad I decided to eat here! It’s so good and you can be as healthy or glutinous about it as you want. Delicious. The lamb was divine. I want more!
