PLNT Burger

Finally made it up to PLNT Burger and it was just ok. I was excited to try their veggie burger and it was good but the eating area just makes everything unappealing. It's not clean, there are fruit flies (in winter), and it's poorly lit.

The burger itself was tasty with a slightly mushy texture. I don't know, maybe it was hyped up too much in my Instagram feed. It's good for a veggie burger.

There were also lots of homeless people which happens at most other Whole Foods locations in the area.

I love all of Chef Spike’s other restaurants, especially Good Stuff Burgers, so I was really thrilled when he opened PLNT in Silver Spring.

This is a plant based burger bar in Whole Foods featuring burgers, fries, and soft serve ice cream.

I have enjoyed the Mushroom Bacon BBQ burger many times now.

My only complaint is the sauce bar at PLNT does not feature the Old Bay mayo from Good Stuff.

What a surprise! It was beyond delicious, no joke. I'm a beef eater and was kind of apprehensive at first, but glad I tried the plant burger, it's really. good. I think this is my 6th visit. Even my child likes it. You won't be disappointed, trust me. The bread is super soft, the cheese is melted atop the juicy plant burger. About 5 bites and you would have devoured it. Hope you like it as much as I did! Sorry, no photo because I ate it so quickly.

DELICIOUS. Highly recommend the mushroom burger! The blooming onion with its sauce was very tasty! Wish I had room for a soft serve. Next time.
This cute vegan place is inside Whole Foods market.

This place is a MUST try! Before, I went vegan/plant-based I could just quickly stop by a fast food restaurant and pick up some dinner on the nights that I didn't feel like cooking. I now have that option with Burger King (Impossible whopper) and PLNT Burger and it's a more healthier option than other fast food restaurants. The service was quick, friendly and the food did not disappoint. I love that they have a meal for the kiddos as well and they include a little packet of seeds for the kids to take home and plant. I also have a big sweet tooth and love all desserts so I was very happy that they have non-dairy soft serve and milkshakes.
Iv'e been a few times now and Everything on their menu is amazing! I look forward to coming back here with my family many more times in the future.
I absolutely love that restaurants like this one prove that vegan food is not just salads and by eating these foods you are improving your health, helping the planet and the animals! ????????
