Food is usually ok which is why they are getting 3 stars but the employees just seem miserable. You will never get a receipt if you go through the drive thru. Probably so you don't leave bad reviews on their survey which would make corporate take notice... Usually the cashier is barely audible at the order screen and gives you attitude because she is muffled. Today I saw the car in front of me wait to order, wait, still waiting...then pull away. I pulled up to hear an obvious argument between an employee and a manager about, "I'm not a manager so I'm not supposed to cook on the grill. " Really? What is going on in there? And this was clearly more audible than the lady trying to take my order. Now let's talk about getting your food at the window. Expect a look from the cashier that is in between, I hope you don't notice there is a bug in your food, to I hate you, this job, and this place.

Fresh food always..new mushroom sandwich is torch , I'll be back.

Service was slow this evening but order was hot and fresh. No one else was in store with me and I still waited a couple of minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there. Hot food saved the rating from lesser stars.
