Granite City Food & Brewery

We stopped by on a Sunday for dinner! The wait wasn't bad. We got a TON of food and everything was good. The spinach and artichoke dip was hot and not too salty. For dinner I had a burger with bacon on it and the bacon was REALLY good! I could have eaten a whole plate of just that. I tried it with the cauliflower rice, which was well seasoned and fun. My friends got beers, which were all good. Dessert was just as good as my burger, we went with the mini desserts. The creme Brulee was tasty, and the salted caramel tart was really good.

The atmosphere and service were good too. Our server was really great and chatted with us, all of the food came fast. It wasn't too loud. Overall it was a good dinner.

Enjoyed a great lunch with great service. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, offering suggestions. The food was great as usual. Stop in for lunch, Happy Hour, or dinner and you will not be disappointed. They serve very good drinks as well.

One of my favorite restaurants on the National Harbor. As a hospitality employee, I often recommend this restaurant to guests. The food has been exceptional every time. The staff is friendly and attentive. Server Paul was excellent! Loved his demeanor and he gave wonderful service and food/drink recommendations.

I have eaten at this restaurant on two occasions this year... I will say that I like it but it wouldn't be my first recommendation for restaurants in the National Harbor.

On my first time here I ordered the BBQ pulled Pork Waffle, which was delicious and we had the White Sangria. The Sangria was tasty but not strong enough because the amount of ice in the drink!!! We literally scooped ice out of our ???? with a fork... Our server was new and we could tell. On that occasion I would grade the food with an A and the service a C...

On my second occasion on 12/13/18 I had a better experience as far as service was concerned! Don't get me wrong my food was VERY tasty and piping ????, just like it like it!!! However, not long after only eating a few bites of my meal, The Maine Event, I was striken with a pounding headache that lasted for hours...

I was drinking prior to and during my meal. I don't believe that was reason for my headache because I ate my properly stored leftovers the next day and the same headache came back... So I believe I had some kind of reaction to an ingredient in the meal, the truffles I'm assuming since I've eaten plenty of lobster b4 now...
