Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls

I love this brand! The food is always delicious and this one is great. The service staff and the cook are very friendly and we truly enjoyed their company. Made the food taste twice as good!

The food was delicious! I ordered one of the soups. It took twice as long for my soup as it did for my friend's non-soup meal for some reason.

I was in the area for a conference. Only to eat here twice but I wish I went more times. Had the Connecticut roll and New England clam chowder. Both times the lobster was cooked perfectly and the soup had plenty in it. The service was amazing; friendly and quick staff. The only downside is that there are only about 4 tables inside and some stools against the wall so it can get packed if theres a lot of people in the area. There is some seating outside. They offer eat-in and to go. I was really disappointed with the overpriced and underwhelming food in the area but this place did not disappoint.

*** Interim Review*** I have not yet been to this Masons Location In Person. However, I did have a chance to download their App and also call them at least twice in the last 6 months. I did not identify myself as a GLG when I called the first time because as a Potential Customer, I have always attempted to first reach a business by telephone if possible if I have never been a Customer. My theory is for example, if the employees or employees are Kind, Courteous and Professional via telephone, this is also most likely the way you will be treated In Person. For the most part, my theory has proven to be correct. The Employees I spoke with at this Mason's location totally exceeded my expectations in regards to what I consider to be as excellent Telephone Etiquette/Excellent Customer Care and Service. In Other Words, and based solely the amazing employees that I spoke with via telephone, my first visit to visit this Mason's location In Person much sooner than later. The mouth-watering photos of their menu items are also added incentives, as is the design and pristine cleanliness of their storefront. I live for Adirondack Chairs and Mason's has two of them outside placed at an angle that is not only perfect for NH Watching, but the chairs themselves still allow plenty of room for Pedestrian Traffic. As soon as I am able to visit this location in person I will update this Review.
