Topgolf

Our first experience at Top Golf started off rocky (wait time, food not delivered after we paid for it, etc.) but shortly after talking to Drew, one of the managers, he quickly turned our experience around. Drew made sure our food, drink and play experience was welcomed. I highly recommend coming to Top golf and experience the fun. They are still new and working the operations out, but they are hard working and doing their best!

Average experience. Building and range are very nice and new. Service was fairly poor. Had to wait a half hour for a bay (which is fine) but server took our drink order then never came back again and we couldn’t find her when we needed to close out and had to head to our bay. Bay server was also mediocre. Didn’t bring us silverware or napkins, and when asked she brought 2 napkins for 5 people. She would also come over and ask half the party if they wanted anything to eat/drink then walk away, so we had to chase her down to put in the rest of the food/drinks. Food was fine, but came out cold. Parking is also limited so be prepared to have to pay to valet if it’s a busy time of the day. Overall servers seem like they could use some more training.

Food service was poor! Orders were wrong, wait was extremely long!
One of our guest ordered steak quesadillas but he received spinach. He had a similar experience the day before.

I ordered wings before 12:30 but didn't receive until almost 2:30 after asking several times, where was my order. Shelley got the manager and I got my wings and wasn't charged.

Some servers made very little effort to deliver the food. We had the whole upstairs bar. The server came out with an order and asked the first few of us if we knew who had ordered it. When we didn't, he wanted to leave with us instead of going around the bar to see who's order it was.

I will visit again because the food and drinks were good. However, the food service needs improvements. When that tightens up my rating will go up as well.

Everything exceeded my expectations!

Service was very good, from customer service at entrance to server at the bay. Friendly and approachable; definitely set the laid back and fun vibes. The Dave & Busters of golf, just a lot more fun and cool.

Free use of clubs, with each bay getting their own set of men’s and women’s clubs. Not the best as shaft flex is very soft, but more than good enough for 99% of visitors. You CAN bring your own clubs; there are bag holders in the bay (I counted 6).

Multiple simple, yet challenging and fun games. Unlimited balls is needed as you can get through a game in a matter of minutes.

Food was better than I had heard about from other people. Had very good taste and texture.

Alcoholic beverages are STRONG. No complaints there!

My visit at the Oxon Hill Top Golf on 6/25/19 was AMAZING!!! The staff was phenomenal, from the greeter at the front door, the young lady welcoming us and explaining the game options to the servers!!!!! This visit was like a “breath of fresh air”!!! I love the associates politeness and friendly smiles! Everyone was very attentive and on point with any needs or questions that I may have had. I will definitely come back and recommend this location to family and friends!!!
