Starbucks

I like to think of this as "my Starbucks" as I worked nearby for more than 6 years. I'd go here often in the mornings or on the way home and was always impressed with the quality of the beverages and food but more so in the kindness and service of the staff. Whenever I am anywhere close, I make it a point to try and stop by as it really is one of my favorite locations for this popular chain. On this particular visit, even with the challenges of the pandemic, the crew did not disappoint. The service as always was first rate and the food and drink was excellent. Keep up the great work.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the area. (This is to my credit as someone experienced in retail strategy, consumer experience, and marketing; I've been a long time consumer of Starbucks, and have been to other neighboring locations plus 50+ others in the greater DC/MD/VA/PA/DE/NC/NJ/NY areas and in other countries.)

On a whim, I went through the drive through. It was a quick trip eventhough the line was long. My order was right and everything was good.

For the most part, the experience was great. Thanks to Tanisha and Richi. There was a dude named Rapheal that didn't want to listen to the specific instructions for my drink...kept saying I got it. He made my one visit unpleasant. Otherwise, my days one and three were great experiences. I'll revisit when I go back to the area.

I like this location, especially when I have time to kill. Drive thru is best when you're rushing, usually!
