Around the Clock Chicken and Fish

I had breakfast here per my company ordering and it was pretty good. Now I just picked up some lunch and it’s good as well. I’m vegetarian so I just got mac and cheese, string beans, and potato salad. All really good. The woman who answered the phone and assisted me when I got there was also very pleasant :)

Not a secret, but definitely a hidden gem. Fast service- Do not order delivery- go on and get yourself a big scoop of human connection with a side of delicious home style food.
My new favorite breakfast place, just what the doctor ordered ;)

Waffle- fluffy, flavorful, and melt in mouth
Tenders- juicy, great batter, and big
Mac n cheese- is there a six star rating?

Clean, courteous, fast and delicious. You can tell these folks put love into everything they do If you have a chance make your way down to this restaurant tucked away in capital heights. You will be so happy that you did. One of the DC area's best kept secrets and every time I order It is so dam good

Amazingly nice staff. Clean kitchen and service area (all visible from counter). The food is very good. Had fried fish and salmon cake meal. Will definitely return.

The best Chicken and Waffles in the area!!!

I come here all the time for breakfast and it is always BOMB. The chicken is well seasoned and perfectly fried. The waffle is flavorful and doesn't even need syrup.
The fish is also very good! Its seasoned so well that it doesn't even need hot sauce.
The owner is very nice and helpful
