    Service is always fast and friendly. Food and coffee are always excellent. I only go on weekdays.

    It was pleasant. Food was hot and served in a timely fashion. Our waiter was very nice and kept checking on us. Only one complaint..the restaurant needs some serious plumbing work in the Womens bathroom. And it was very cold!

    I'm giving this place all stars because the customer service is always on point! The environment is always nice, clean and comfortable. I haven't been to a better IHOP yet. The food is as expected, not gourmet but as expected!

    Great place. Lively at night/wee morning hours. Fast service and friendly staff. Food was great. Waitress did frequent checks so we never waited for anything.
