“Surprisingly good. We've driven past this place hundreds of times but never actually stopped and dined. The traffic was horrible during my visit, but it didn't put a damper on the experience. When my wife tried to order teriyaki salmon over the phone, she was disappointed that they only do tilapia. I went to pick up our order and added the tilapia to give it a shot. The fish was well cooked and flavorful; honestly it was better than most hibachi style salmon I've tasted. The food was freshly prepared. If they apply the concept of "breath of the dragon" to their fried rice, it could be 5-star. The staff and service was good, too. An online menu or takeout menu would be useful. All-in-all, Teriyaki Express is a definite resource we will use in the future. It's a welcomed change of pace when you're too tired to cook and don't want pizza, burgers, tacos, or the typical Chinese takeout.”

I ordered the Mixed Pikora which is described as: Shrimp cooked with pineapple, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, coconut cream and spices. When I called to ask why there isn’t any shrimp, they told me it’s a vegetarian dish. It’s good but definitely not what I was expecting. I hope the menu on Door Dash is corrected to avoid disappointing other future customers. It would also be nice to know it is fried.”

“Food is always the bomb! Served hot, not luke warm. Always fresh. When your food is ready, they call you up to counter and show your food to you. Been going there since 2005. Have referred friends, co-workers and family there. You are served big portions. I can eat two meals from the small or large jerk chicken. A Jamaican nurse owns this eatery. Personal customer service along with great fresh hot food is why I have been eating there for 17 years.”
