    First of all there was only one side of the doors open when I tried to gain access to the restaurant secondly there was people waiting for long periods of time prior to me getting in line for small things. Thirdly the young lady that took my order wasn't attentive enough to remember that I did not want ice in my tea I stated when I initially placed my order.
