I can't do incompetence! My order was very simple, and you forget a crucial ingredient as my dipping sauce which compliments the entire meal.

I had a sampler platter with poppers at a different venue. I really enjoyed them but could not find them here at my favorite eating places. These folks here had them after searching so long. I had to make a big decision them or my craving. I had not been in this place in years after a worker tried to purposely increase the cost of my pizza when it was advertised as a weekly special. Very offensive move, so you are cheating the public a little at a time thinking we all are too stupid to notice or call you on it. After disputing, he charged me the advertised price as if he were doing me a favor. I was really hungry that night plus the veggie pizza was always awesome, as I would order every week. They have not seen me in years after that move.

Tonight I had to have these poppers, & they forget the dipping sauce. I called, she's apologetic stating when a driver returns she would send me some. I ordered poppers, a small salad and ice tea.... you could not get that right ???? What I'm supposed to let my food get cold waiting on the marinara, that's the option? They could have regained me as a loyal customer, the food was actually delicious but missing the marinara sauce. I will pass and keep it moving, I don't need to patronize this business after all.

My recent experience with customer sevice made me feel much better about the organization as a whole. I was contacted by the franchise whereas they were apologetic for the mishap rectifying the situation. They are most certainly customer focused wanting their customers to feel valued when patronizing any of their locations. Great job customer service in reading these reviews & understanding the weakness, then taking all necessary steps in rectifying them to retain your customers!

I think this is the best location in the area. Their pizzas just have more flavor or something! I tried a chicken cheesesteak not too long ago and I almost lost my mind it was so good... LOL.

Now, their delivery drivers are annoying. They call you from the car and it's not clear why. It comes off like they want you to meet them outside??? I don't like that. We pay a delivery fee and there's usually a good tip when you deliver it to my door. One driver didn't receive a tip for this reason. Don't call me just bring the pizza and ring the doorbell.
