McDonald's

My first time here. Went thru the drive thru for a Happy meal. They need to be more careful. My drink cup was covered in soda - please don't hand me a cup covered in pop. The happy meal box wasn't closed and the fries were upside down and all over. It doesn't take much to do it the right way.

The new updates seem to have worked. I've tried to come in several times to get food and was unable to because the wait was 30 min or more whether I went through the drive through or inside. And it never really felt that busy. Now they have the self order machines in there which seems to have sped up the process. Food is not good as it is normal McDonalds food, but at least now I can get some of it!

The food is what it is -- that has plusses and minuses. But I will say the recent remodeling has it within spitting distance of stylish, and I jokingly now refer to it as Suitland Starbucks.

I went through the drive thru and the associate who took my order was very professional and in great holiday spirit. He had exceptional excellent customer service. I would definitely go back there.

Just stopped because we missed lunch. Gentleman at the drive-through window was very customer-service oriented. Wished us a happy Thanksgiving and ensured our order was correct. Hot and fresh food with outstanding service. What more is there?
