Metro City Wing House

I love this spot the wings are good just wish i could get there more often.

This was my first time visiting Metro City Wing House and the wings I ordered we're pretty good. I ordered 10 wings as a dinner combination and besides I selected were onion rings and collard greens. I'm a huge onion ring fan and connoisseur, and they get four stars for their onion rings. I will definitely order them again! They were also very accommodating by allowing me to select two different flavors; each flavor on five Wings each. I did like that today separated the wings in separate containers. I would have given them five stars if the wait was not so long.I was told that my order would only take 15 minutes. Well, that 15 minutes turned into nearly 40 minutes! I was told by a customer that I met their that the best thing to do in the future is call my order in ahead. I did notice a lot of people coming in to pick up orders that they had called in. I noticed on their website you can also place your order ahead online. There were only a handful of us who placed an order as walk-ins, and we paid the price for it! (sigh)

If you come here don't expect an establishment like Wingstop. If you're familiar with America's Best Wings and Wingstop this place is a hybrid of both, meaning you get unique flavors and sides that are really good like Wingstop, but it's not a place I personally would feel comfortable with sitting there eating my food, just like I wouldn't feel comfortable sitting down eating my food at an America's Best Wings! All of that aside, I would definitely visit here again, but I will call my order in ahead and liberally add 20 minutes to whatever time I might be told that the order would be ready by the order taker on the phone.

I love supporting small businesses so I go to Metro City Wings once a week. I always enjoy the food.
