    I visited the location on Crain Highway in Bowie last night and I received the best customer service than any restaurant in PG County in a long time. The waitress (L) was young, but very mature,friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I noticed that all the employees seemed to have the same spirit and motivation. I also give credit to management for the great training. Thanks Applebee's for your great service to your customers !

    Superb service!! The whole experience was wonderful. Our pleasant server was on point. Extra helpful and attentive. Plus we got our awesone drinks and chocolate lava cake????❤

    I haven't been to an Applebee's in years and I'm glad to see a lot has changed. The food came to out our table still sizzling. The food was in a cast iron pan and that was on a piece of wood. It was the HOTTEST meal I've ever had that "I" didn't cook on my grill. The flavor was excellent as well. I left there very impressed!!!

    Good late night food options. Easy online ordering. Food us rarely ready within the estimated time for pick-up orders. This is a very casual place with decent drinks and a diverse menu. This place is great for what it us but do not expect any frills. Great alternate to fast food.
