Fish (Whiting) was well seasoned and fried perfectly. Mac and Cheese was ok but not bad at all. I will be back

I’ve eaten here only once before I knew it was a chain. The food was delicious and plentiful for a really low price. It’s more of a carry out than dine in with only a few tables; and interior could use some repairs and upgrades. But for a quick bite on low budget and real fish, can’t beat it.

The chicken tender/nugget and trout box dinners are good. I love the flavors so I haven't tried much else on the menu. Maybe one day. Before my first visit I read they were voted the best boxed dinner in Baltimore and I see why. Very good flavors for the boxed dinners and I'm glad they brought back the sliced bread in the box. It's a good touch.

The staff are friendly and the price is decent. The food is made to order like a diner so you can season the food to taste. I've been here about 15 times. Overall recommended.

I said I was never going back. (Reason below comment.) But I did. Had a taste for gizzards. They were hot, crispy and tasty. Delicious. Only 7$ for 1 lb. Reason I said never: on a previous visit, I wanted half gizzards and liver. Said they couldn't do it. Would only give me 1 lb of each, for 14$. So, mad, I bought them. Delicious too. (Shady attempt to generate sales. So, if I want half n half tea and lemonade I have to buy 1 cup of each. Ridiculous.) So, yeah, 3 stars because I'm still irritated about my first visit.
