Firehouse Subs

The subs are awesome. Always fresh and hot but this is the third time I ordered online but still have to wait at least 20 minutes to get my sub. Even when there are multiple people working with only 2 customers, the food is never ready on time. Once they improve that I give them 5 stars.

These subs are extraordinary, they are filling and the price is right. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about their work. The restaurant was clean and well kept. You were greeted with a smile and not an attitude. Overall it was a rewarding experience. I recommend you try it.

Great food and customer service at this Firehouse subs. The restaurant was clean with fast friendly service and the food was fresh. You can also find cool little extras like material to read with your child or if you have a big group to order for at the office/party you can order catering.

Got my favorite: the New York Steamer. Pastrami, cheese, lettuce, tomato, black olives, and banana peppers. I love this warm sandwich! I didn't get my pickle spear though. It's ok. I won't hold it against them. This is a new location and my first visit. Compared to other locations the employees were not as enthused as other locations. Their "Welcome to Firehouse" was short of I'm happy to see you. It seemed more like 'I'm here today and if I don't say this the world would come to an end.' ???? There were not a lot of customers. Orders were taken fairly quickly and the wait for your food was approximately 20 to 40 minutes.
