“This is my new spot. This is a beautiful new Panera. It has the latest Panera decor - its pristine. It also has the self-serve kiosks so you can buy your coffee in the morning, grab the coffee cup yourself, fill it, and get out the door. Love it! I had the Chicken breakfast burrito - it was excellent. Great customer service and the food was delicious. Panera is an old faithful! On a different visit had the chicken chipotle sandwich both were great.”

“You can tell the difference between the managers, when one manager is there thr food isn't cold and it comes out in a timely manner. When the other manager is there the employees are talking and not paying attention customers get the wrong food. Customer service doesn't seem important.”
